How long has Rozablue been around?

Rozablue was founded in 2018. We started with the dream of bringing the beautiful Indian block print tradition to Dutch homes. That dream is now a reality every day, in many homes around the world!

Where are Rozablue products made?

Our beautiful items are lovingly designed by Indu, owner of the Inka factory in India, and Karlijn, owner of Rozablue. They are then lovingly handcrafted by skilled craftspeople at the Inka Homecrafts factory in Delhi, India.

How well does Rozablue take care of the creators?

We believe it's important that the people behind our products feel good and are happy with the work they do and the pay they receive. That's why we regularly visit the factory to ensure the working environment is safe and pleasant for the craftspeople.

Do you have gift cards?

Yes! Our gift cards are valid for one year from the date of purchase. You can't exchange them for cash, but any remaining value will be retained for your next order.

How quickly will I get an answer to my question?

We respond to all inquiries via the contact form within 3 business days. We're usually much faster – we love personal contact with our customers!

Shipping & Delivery

When will my order be shipped?

We ship within 2-3 business days of your payment. You'll automatically receive a tracking link from the delivery service (PostNL, DPD, or UPS) so you know exactly where your package is.

Do you also ship outside Europe?

Absolutely! We ship to the US, Canada, Australia, and many other countries. Please note: outside the EU, you may be charged additional import duties and VAT .

Can I also send a product directly to someone else?

Absolutely! Make sure you enter your preferred delivery address at checkout. We'll wrap it beautifully, include a nice card, and send it on its way.

What if I am not home during delivery?

The delivery person will try again or take your package to a collection point. You'll automatically receive a notification about how and where to collect it via the tracking link.

Can I also pick up my order?

Yes, that's possible in Bussum , but by appointment only. Select this option when checking out, and we'll contact you. There are no shipping costs.

What does it mean when I Pre Order a product?

This means you'll have to wait a little longer because the product is still being made! Since everything is handmade, we know which products will be released well in advance. That's why you can also pre-order at Rozablue!

Returns

Can I return something if it is not right?

Yes, of course! You can return it within 14 days, as long as it hasn't been used, is undamaged, and is in its original packaging.

How exactly do returns work?

When will I get my money back?

Within 14 days of receiving your return in good order. Don't forget to include your bank account number on the form!

Can I also exchange?

Yes! Return your item and place a new order through our website.

Blockprint & care

Why does my product look different from the photo?

That's the magic of craftsmanship! Each block print is unique because our craftspeople print with wooden stamps. Small color variations and slight irregularities are normal: that's what makes your product special. We call it: the beauty of imperfection.

Why do the colors look different on my computer screen?

This can happen due to screen settings. We photograph as naturally as possible, but handmade colors can vary slightly from how they appear on screen. The beauty lies in these natural variations!

How do I best wash my block print?

Wash at a maximum of 30°C with similar colors, do not dry in direct sunlight, and iron on a low heat. Always follow the care label: this way you'll enjoy your Rozablue products for years to come.

Can I dry my block prints?

Yes, you can dry them at a low temperature. Avoid high heat to prevent shrinkage. It's best to let cotton dry naturally. Don't hang them in direct sunlight, as this can cause colors to fade.

How do I remove stains from my block print?

Treat stains immediately with cold water and a mild detergent. Let it sit for a while and then wash normally at 30°C. Do not use bleach and do not rub too vigorously, as this will damage the natural colors.

Custom made

Can I have something custom made?

We make custom tablecloths in unusual sizes, such as 5 meters long for a large dining table. We're happy to discuss other customizations by email.

How long does a custom order take?

Custom tablecloths take at least 6-8 weeks to produce. Our block printers in India create your unique piece with extra care. True quality takes time.

How much does a custom product cost?

We determine prices on a per-request basis, depending on the size and complexity. Tell us your requirements via the contact form , and we'll create a customized quote.

Wholesale

How do I become a Rozablue reseller?

Complete our reseller form here . We'll review your application, and if approved, you'll receive an invitation to create your B2B account. You can then order directly at wholesale prices.

Is there a minimum order?

For the first order a minimum of €150 applies.

I've seen a beautiful print and want to use it for an interior design project. Is that possible?
